Cladding and facades: commercial cladding, recladding and ACP replacement, GRC and GFRC facade installation, modular facades.

Roofing: commercial metal roofing, standing seam and zinc roofing, roof safety systems, plant platforms and screens.

Facade elements: louvres, fins and sun-screens, balustrades, aluminium windows and doors.

Design and fabrication: facade design, engineering and fabrication, including shop drawings when you want us involved before the design is fixed.

You can ask us to price one package or several together. We have worked interstate since our first major job, the CSIRO ASKAP telescope site at Murchison in Western Australia.

Put "Tender" and the project name in the subject line, then include:

1. The project name and site address.
2. The head contractor, and the estimator's name, email and phone.
3. The closing date and time.
4. The packages you want priced.
5. A link to the documents: architectural drawings, elevations, sections and facade details, the specification sections for our packages, and any addenda.
6. The programme, or at least the dates the facade and roof are due on site.
7. Your tender form or schedule of rates, if you use one.

Send a link, not attachments. A download link from your document control system, tender portal or a shared cloud folder works best, because a full drawing set is usually too big for email. If the documents change, send the addendum link to the same address with the project name in the subject line.

Licence details, insurance certificates of currency and WHS documents are available on request. We send current copies rather than publish them, so nothing you receive has expired. The safety and quality page explains how we approach work at height and occupied buildings.

2. If we need anything else to price the package, we ask the estimator named in your email.
3. We send our price to that estimator.
