Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to answer you and to run our business:

• From enquiries by website form, email or phone, your name, company, role, email, phone number, project details and any links you send.
• From tender invitations, the estimator's name and contact details, and the project documents and links sent to tenders@saconstruct.com.au.
• From job applications, your CV, contact details, work history, qualifications and licences, and anything else you choose to send.
• From suppliers and contractors, the contact and business details of the people we work with on projects.

We collect this information from you directly. You can make a general enquiry without giving your name, but we will need contact details to reply or to price a job.

We use personal information to answer enquiries, price and deliver projects, consider job applications, pay and manage the people we work with, and meet our legal obligations, including work health and safety and tax law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

We share personal information only when we need to: with the head contractor or client on a project you are part of, with our professional advisers, with the providers who host our website, enquiry form and email, and with government bodies when the law requires it.

We keep personal information in our email and business systems and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Some of our website and email providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We delete or de-identify personal information when we no longer need it for the purpose we collected it for, or when the law no longer requires us to keep it.

Our website may use cookies that it needs to work. They do not tell us who you are.

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at info@saconstruct.com.au, by phone on +61 8 7123 0833, or by post to SA Construct Pty Ltd, 52-54 Howards Rd, Beverley SA 5009. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
