Shape's Myer Centre upgrade ran in stages over 22 months: first the combustible ACP came off three elevations, then the Rundle Mall frontage was rebuilt from a gantry over the mall. Within Shape's programme we installed 3,750 m2 of Fairview Vitracore G2 and 935 m2 of Vitradual, the curved gold panels on the columns.
The NEXTDC A1 facade, on a tight CBD corner, won us a 2025 Master Builders SA award. It is on the data centres page.

Questions
Apartment buildings (Class 2) of three or more storeys and offices (Class 5) of four or more are Type A construction under the NCC, and their external walls must be non-combustible under clause C2D10. A bonded laminated panel passes only where every layer, core included, is non-combustible to AS 1530.1 and the panel is mechanically fixed. "A2" and "FR" are product labels, not NCC classes.
