Cladding and facades

• Commercial cladding: aluminium, fibre cement and steel cladding systems for new commercial buildings.
• Recladding and ACP replacement: removal of aluminium composite panels and recladding of occupied buildings.
• GRC and GFRC facade installation: survey, brackets, lifting and fixing of facade panels.
• Modular facades: prefabricated cladding modules and unitised glazing, built off site and craned into place.

Roofing

• Commercial metal roofing: commercial and industrial roofs and re-roofing, including long sheets milled on site.
• Standing seam and zinc roofing: standing seam roofing and wall cladding in steel, aluminium and zinc.
• Roof safety systems: walkways, guardrails, ladders, anchors and safety mesh, designed, supplied, installed and certified.
• Plant platforms and screens: engineered platforms for rooftop plant, built at ground level and lifted into place.

Facade elements

• Louvres, fins and sun-screens: feature fins, shading, and single-stage, double-stage, waterproof, acoustic and decorative louvres.
• Balustrades: glazed, solid and custom-clad balustrades, including prefabricated systems.
• Aluminium windows and doors: commercial windows, doors, shopfronts and window walls, coordinated with the cladding around them.

Design and fabrication

• Facade design, engineering and fabrication: 3D drafting and shop drawings, and fabrication in aluminium, steel and sheet metal at Beverley.

• In-house 3D drafting and shop drawings.
• Aluminium fabrication: CNC machining, welding, extrusion and sheet rolling.
• Steel fabrication: plasma cutting and welding, including stainless steel.
• Sheet metal: flashings, cladding profiles, accessories and rainwater goods.
• Our own access machinery and lifting equipment.
• A team from apprentices to senior project managers, with an apprenticeship program for the trades.
• In 2022, ANZ reported an 8,000 m2 facility at Beverley and 170 employees.

• James Hardie: 9 mm ExoTec sealed facade on Central Adelaide Apartments, 18 storeys.
• Fairview: 3,750 m2 Vitracore G2 and 935 m2 Vitradual on the Myer Centre Adelaide.
• Fielders: about 700 m2 of Prominence wall and roof panels on B-Apartments, Bowden.
