SA Construct was founded in 2011 by Jarrad Morgan, who had a vision of bringing a dynamic innovation-led approach to cladding and roofing, backed by an unwavering commitment to quality. Under Jarrad’s guidance, SA Construct rapidly established a reputation for the reliability, quality, innovation and agility that has become the company’s hallmark.. Jarrad sought out the best people in the industry and created a high-performing team that shared his vision.
From humble beginnings in the residential construction sector, which to this day remains a core part of SA Construct’s business, the company has gone on to deliver some of South Australia’s landmark cladding and roofing projects – including the complex composite panel façade for Adelaide’s five-star Mayfair Hotel and the New Royal Adelaide Hospital.
Within just three years of founding SA Construct, the company had firmly established itself as an industry leader within the local roofing and cladding market.
In 2014 SA Construct received the 2014 Master Builders Excellence in Cladding awards, while Managing Director, Jarrad Morgan, was awarded the 2014 Master Builders Young Builder of the Year. Later in 2014, SA Construct relocated their office and factory premises to Beverley to accommodate their sustained growth and expansion.
In 2015 SA Construct received the highest possible accolade within the South Australian subcontractor industry when they were awarded 2015 Master Builders of the Year Specialist Contractor.
