Founded in 2011 by Managing Director Jarrad Morgan, SA Construct has grown from its beginnings in cladding and roofing to become one of South Australia’s leading façade and construction specialists. Built on a foundation of innovation, quality, and hands-on expertise, our business has delivered some of the state’s most iconic projects, from Adelaide’s five-star Mayfair Hotel to the New Royal Adelaide Hospital, Next DC, and beyond.
While cladding and roofing remain at the core of what we do, today SA Construct offers a much broader suite of capabilities. Our large teams of qualified tradespeople deliver projects of every scale and complexity, including challenging builds in remote and difficult environments such as Kangaroo Island’s Southern Ocean Lodge and Whyalla Secondary School. We continue to invest in the future through our strong apprenticeship program, developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
Our in-house design and fabrication division gives us unmatched control over quality and delivery. With 3D drafting resources, CNC machining, sheet rolling, welding, and plasma cutting facilities, we can produce everything from bespoke aluminium façades to steel and sheet-metal components. Our fabrication workshops are equipped to create custom moulds, prefabricated modules, high-precision flashings, and complete cladding systems—ensuring consistency and efficiency across every project.
In addition to cladding and roofing, SA Construct delivers advanced roofing systems including roof glazing and polycarbonate roofing, supported by our exclusive glazing bars and channels. Our dedicated roofing safety division provides complete design, installation, and certification services, ensuring the highest standards of compliance on every site.
We are also leaders in engineered roof plant platforms, delivering modular, pre-fabricated systems that are constructed at ground level and craned into place—minimising site congestion and reducing work-at-heights risk. Through our long-term partnership with ShapeShift, we offer national capability in the supply and installation of GRC façades, backed by a specialist team dedicated solely to this product.
Our expertise extends to louvres, fins, screens, and balustrade systems. From acoustic and waterproof louvres to architectural fins and feature screens, through to glazed, solid, or custom-clad balustrades, we provide solutions that combine functionality with architectural intent.
